We provide support so you can focus on the clinical outcomes you were trained to deliver
Bringing best practise to private practice
We understand just how difficult it is to be both client-facing and on top of the admin. It’s very difficult for just one person to manage everything – especially if you’re looking to expand your practice!
Our vision is that micro practices need the same experience and support offered to larger clinics, but in an affordable format. So everything we are doing is driving towards enabling excellence in private practice. Our first step is taking away the admin burden, but we have a roadmap for expanding our services over the coming years.
Everything we provide has been designed with the help of Psych Minded, specifically with the industry in mind.
No matter what stage of private practice you’re in, we are here to support you and ensure your business flourishes.

Adam
Get to know me
My name is Adam and I’m a 47 year old USyd / AGSM graduate in Computer Science / MBA.
In my 20s I worked in corporate IT helpdesk and IT management doing networking, database, software development and security. But when my second child was born, my wife and I decided to work together and build her little practice.
I have worked in all parts of the practice over that time and also been there to be the kids soccer coach and learnt how to tie ballet buns. 20 years later Natasha's practice is very successful and since the kids are out of school we have decided to branch out with a new business to offer the same level of admin support to new practices that are just starting out, so a new adventure!
Outside of work I spend my weekends chasing a soccer ball, trying to figure out how to sail and if I had the time and space I would build a boat to go travelling around the world (slowly).

Emma
Get to know me
Hello - I am Emma! I am 33 yo and am currently completing my final units of a Bachelor of Psychology. I grew up in New Zealand but jumped on a plane for a gap year when I was 18 and haven't made it back yet. I spent ten years working and travelling the world and my return I found my calling and am now pursuing further studies in Neuropsychology.
I have worked for PsychMinded for four years and my role has changed and grown a-lot over this time. I started my journey as a receptionist and Intake and have arrived at my current role as head trainer. I love training the newest team members and helping them grow.
On my days off, you will find me cycling, hiking and chilling with our dog, Angus. I love anything neuroscience related and you will also catch me bingeing on the latest medical documentaries.

Mia
Get to know me
My name is Mia and I’m a 28-year-old Macquarie student studying a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours). I’ve always been interested in Psychology but only decided to take the plunge and change careers during the 2019 pandemic.
Prior to working for PsychMinded, I worked in Aviation and thoroughly enjoyed having the airport as my office. I still have a fair way to go with my studies and am only just starting to narrow down the areas I’m interested in but I look forward to sharing that journey with PsychMinded.
In my free time you’ll most likely find me at the beach learning to surf with friends or buried in a book somewhere outdoors.

Amilia
Get to know me
Hello! My name is Amilia and I am a 22 year old Psychology student at Macquarie University. I am currently in my 4th year as I started with a bachelor of education then decided to change things up and study Psychology in my 2nd year. I am very interested in Early Developmental Research and I hope to become a Registered Psychologist so that I may further explore the field of Developmental Psychology.
Alongside working for PsychMinded I also work for the Australian Girls Choir and have been a singing tutor for 4 years with I started just after studying classical singing for 14 years.
In my downtime, you’ll find me listening to music, crocheting, knitting and anything else crafty! I am always eager to try new things so If I don’t become a psychologist, I’ll probably be studying Music Therapy or maybe even running a music program somewhere - I’m a bit of a free spirit.
